Nerve Blue is an industrial software platform that enables machine builders to deliver data and offer services to customers from machines installed anywhere in the world. Nerve Blue offers an out-of-the-box experience, with an intuitive user interface and Edge Computing features that allow users to collect, store and analyze Machine Data, consolidate multiple functions on one device, and remotely manage software. Using Nerve Blue, machine builders can reduce system complexity and cost, improve machine performance, and offer innovative new services to customers.

With Nerve Blue, data can be accessed from machines and shared seamlessly with applications at the edge, stored in a time-series database, or sent securely to the cloud. Nerve Blue implements a virtualized software environment for multi-core edge devices, enabling Virtual machines to share compute resources (e.g. CPU, memory, network) safely and securely.

Nerve Blue includes a web-based management system that can be hosted locally or in the cloud. The management system allows users to configure software and deploy workloads to Edge Computing devices around the world. Nerve Blue scales to run on various CPU models ranging from Intel Atom to i7. The MFN 100 is available as a fully tested and qualified Nerve device.

Transcend Communication's Ethernet products are based on a robust and reliable industrial design for maximum life time and minimum life time cost. Real time properties are implemented in order to achieve determinism for real time critical applications. Patents are pending. These products meet industrial requirements such as: - Higher Operating Temperatures - Higher Shock Tolerance - Expanded Humidity Ranges - Ruggedized Enclosures - Convenient Industrial Mounting Capabilities Ruggedized versions of computing equipment are commonplace in factories today. A large portion of this equipment is connected to the corporate network. Since industrial networking equipment has not been available, nodes are typically connected with individual wiring drops to a climate controlled environment. This creates significant expense, complexity, and reliability issues.
