Spaceti has developed an all-in-one solution for the real estate and facility management industry, with the aim of enhancing the satisfaction, productivity, and well-being of building occupiers while improving the bottom line for organisations. It addresses efficiency and effectiveness challenges faced by tenants and landlords: lack of reliable data to improve operations and take key decisions; high expenses due to inefficiencies related to poor property management; and inadequate indoor environment to fulfil requirements of smart flexible workspace.

The solution consists of Z stone shaped sensors, a web-based dashboard, and a companion mobile application. The sensor monitors multiple parameters such as chair occupancy, space utilization of floors, locations of assets, environmental parameters such as CO2, humidity, and TVOC; vacant parking spots etc. The web-based portal processes the above-mentioned data for visualizing the same and exporting it to multiple data files or summarizing into reports. The companion application also guides the user to evacuation points and allows the user to report a fault by attaching pictures.
